The Robie Foundation is pleased to announce the facilitation of the American Heart Association’s HeartSaver AED/CPR AnytimeTraining Course on Saturday, December 1, 2007 from 8:30am-6:00pm at the Sparta Middle School.

 

This FREE Community Service is provided by The Robie Foundation with support from The Thomas Murray Fund and Newton Memorial Hospital Foundation.  This course is open to Sparta Teachers, Coaches, School Staff and 100 Students (age 13 and older).

  

©      Combines CPR training and AED instruction

©      Includes training on how to relieve choking

©      Teaches course participants how to recognize heart attack, stroke, and choking

©      Unique course format of video-based instruction, group discussion, and hands-on practice facilitates learning

©      Provides course participants with quality written materials and a Student Refresher CD with video clips of skills and other supplemental material

©      Two year participation certification card upon successful completion of program.
